Fitness Challenges - Two times a year we will put out a routine where the amount of exercise you can do in 30 minutes gives you points. You complete on your own or come to a day where we do it together. Push ups, lunges/air squats, sit ups, jumping jacks will be main stays with variations. The super fit will have 10x more points than beginners, so it's really you against you and work to improve over six months. We will display the top 30% results for motivation to all others!
